What the fee looks like at different ad spend levels
Because Growth and Scale are flat fees, the share of your ad spend that goes to management falls as you scale. These figures are straight arithmetic on the published plans.
| Monthly ad spend | Plan | SellerVine fee | Fee as a share of ad spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | Growth | $1,000 | 20% |
| $10,000 | Growth | $1,000 | 10% |
| $20,000 | Growth | $1,000 | 5% |
| $50,000 | Scale | $2,000 | 4% |
| $100,000 | Scale | $2,000 | 2% |
For comparison, a fee set at 10% of ad spend would be $5,000 a month on $50,000 of advertising, and it would keep rising with every dollar you add. A flat fee keeps our interest in your profit rather than in how much you spend.
Why flat monthly fees
Most of the disagreements between brands and agencies come from a fee that rewards the wrong thing.
It does not reward overspending
When the fee is a percentage of ad spend, an agency earns more by spending more, even when the right move is to cut spend and fix conversion first. A flat fee removes that conflict.
It is predictable
You know your management cost before the month starts, whatever happens to ad spend during Q4, a launch or a promotion.
It is easy to review
Month-to-month terms mean the fee has to keep earning its place. If it stops being worth it, you can leave without a notice period to negotiate.
Who each plan is built for
Growth
Brands spending up to $20,000 a month on advertising that want expert PPC management, a few listing improvements each month and a clear weekly report. A strong fit if you have outgrown managing ads yourself.
Scale
Brands spending more than $20,000 a month, or any brand that wants DSP, A+ Content, launch support and a weekly strategy call with P&L reporting alongside advertising.
Enterprise
7-figure and larger brands that need international expansion, Brand Registry and IP management, DSP and video, and a bi-weekly executive review.
When we may not be the right fit
If your product loses money before advertising once Amazon fees, returns and costs are counted, an agency will make the problem arrive faster. Our free audit will tell you that honestly.
