- SW Cybernetics ranks first for Indian brands that want rupee plans and written cancellation terms.
- SellerVine ties on points and ranks second, with public dollar fees and month-to-month terms but no India address shown.
- Growisto has the strongest named amazon.in proof, including Puma, but shares fees only in a proposal.
- Exporters should look at SellerVine, SalesDuo, Sequence Commerce and Data4Amazon before the domestic specialists.
- Most online top 10 lists for India are written by an agency that ranks itself first, so check every claim.
- An Amazon SPN badge and an Amazon Ads partner badge are separate programmes, so ask which one an agency holds.
How did we choose and score the best Amazon agencies in India?
We shortlisted agencies with visible India operations and an Amazon service on their own websites, then read those sites in November 2026. Each one scored 0 to 2 on seven things a buyer can check before a sales call. The total measures how much is public, and it says nothing about campaign quality.
SellerVine publishes this article and is one of the ten agencies. It ties for first on points and lands second on the India tie-break. Remove the two India columns and SellerVine would lead, so weigh them as you see fit. Partner statuses are what each site shows; we did not confirm them in Amazon's directory.
Treat most lists on this topic as marketing, ours included. Agencies write them and usually put themselves on top. Gonukkad is first on its own top 10, Data4Amazon is first on its list with SunTec India second, and ROI Minds opens its own top 7. SW Cybernetics has a shortlist written by its founder with the company at number one. SalesDuo does the same and says so in its opening lines, which is the better habit.
There are seven criteria, and each one is worth 2 points at most. We scored them like this:
- India base: 2 for an Indian address on the site, 1 if India is one named location or sits with a related company, 0 if no address is shown.
- amazon.in work: 2 if the site shows results on Amazon India, even anonymous ones, 1 if it sells the service without showing results, 0 if its market lists leave India out.
- Services: 2 if Amazon is a core line covering ads, listings and account operations, 1 if it is one channel at a general digital agency.
- Partner status: 2 for an Amazon Ads partner claim, 1 for another Amazon programme, 0 if none is shown. Check any claim in the Amazon Ads Partner Network.
- Pricing: 2 for Amazon fees on the site, 1 for general plans or published estimates, 0 for quote only.
- Contract terms: 2 for stated terms, 1 for a recommendation, 0 if we found nothing.
- Named case studies: 2 for named Amazon clients, 1 for named clients on other channels, 0 if brands are hidden.
Ties go to the higher combined India columns, then alphabetical order. We dropped agencies whose Amazon work or India presence we could not confirm on their own sites.

1. SW Cybernetics: best for Indian brands that want rupee plans and amazon.in plus quick commerce
SW Cybernetics is a Noida agency for Indian brands that want one team across amazon.in, Flipkart and quick commerce, with rupee plans on its site. It scores 11 of 14. It lost points because its case studies hide client names and its Amazon badge is for the Service Provider Network.
Its pricing page lists Starter at ₹30,000 a month and Growth at ₹75,000, with Enterprise on request. Its India service page gives wider bands for the same plan names, ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 and ₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000, so get your number in writing. The site promises "No lock-ins", while the cancellation policy asks for 30 days' written notice and charges 25% or 50% of remaining contract value for shorter notice. Read both before you sign. The case study hub describes clients by category, including one wellness brand on Amazon.com.
Pros
- The clearest rupee price list we found
- Cancellation terms you can read before a call
- Covers Flipkart and Blinkit alongside Amazon
Cons
- Client names are withheld, so results are hard to check
- Prices differ between its own pages
- No Amazon Ads partner tier in the pages we read, only SPN
2. SellerVine: best for brands that want published dollar fees and month-to-month terms
SellerVine fits brands that value published fees and month-to-month terms, especially those selling in the USA or UK as well as on amazon.in. It ties for first at 11 of 14, then drops to second because its site shows no India address and none of its named case studies is an amazon.in account.
The plans are Growth at $999 a month for up to $20K in monthly ad spend and Scale at $1,999 with no spend limit, plus custom Enterprise. The fee is flat, with no percentage of ad spend, and ad spend goes to Amazon directly. It is an Amazon Ads Verified Partner, is reviewed on Clutch, has served 150+ brands and works across 17 marketplaces, with the India page covering amazon.in. Named work includes Fluidmaster (EU sales up 120% in 3 months after a catalog rebuild), Jewellify (BSR above 4,000 to top 50 in 7 months, revenue up 300%) and Wide Fit Shoes (UK account reinstated in 48 hours).
At an illustrative ₹85 to the dollar, Growth comes to about ₹84,915 a month, which is heavy for a small amazon.in seller.
Pros
- Fees and terms are public, so you can budget before any call
- No percentage of ad spend
- Named clients you can look up
Cons
- Priced in dollars, so your rupee cost moves with the exchange rate
- No India address shown on the site
- Verified tier, below Advanced; no named amazon.in result yet
3. Growisto: best for larger Indian brands that want named proof on Amazon India
Growisto suits larger brands that want a big India delivery team and named proof on amazon.in as well as overseas stores. It scores 9 of 14 on strong India evidence and named clients. It shows no Amazon partner status and shares pricing only in a proposal.
Its homepage places delivery staff in Gurugram, Indore and the Mumbai area, and gives a US address in Delaware. It manages Amazon in India, the US, the UK, Germany and Canada, and in India it also works on Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and quick commerce. Its Amazon page cites Puma at 1.7x revenue in 5 months, Nobero at 378% ad sales growth and an MSI launch in Saudi Arabia. On term, it recommends 6 months and offers to discuss flexible options on the call.
Pros
- Named Indian and global brands with stated results
- Each account gets a strategist, project manager and analysts, by its own description
- Useful for brands on Indian marketplaces and export together
Cons
- No public fees
- Six-month recommendation is longer than some listed here
- No Amazon Ads badge in the text or image labels we checked
4. InstaServ: best for brands that want Amazon as one line in a wider paid media plan
InstaServ is a New Delhi and Gurugram digital agency that fits brands wanting Amazon ads inside a wider paid media retainer. It scores 7 of 14, helped by stated contract terms and general price plans, though no plan names Amazon and its Amazon results hide the brand names.
The contact page gives offices in Kirti Nagar and DLF Phase 2, and the site says it began in 2012. It leads with Google Premier Partner status. Its Amazon page lists account registration, listings, A+ Content and ad management. India plans start from ₹49,000, ₹99,000 and ₹1,90,000 a month, with "No Long-Term Contracts" on the page, but none of them mentions Amazon. The page also calls InstaServ the number one Amazon ad agency, a claim it does not back with a named source.
Pros
- Clear exit language on the pricing page
- Addresses in Delhi NCR
- One Amazon case study describes running ads across the US and Europe
Cons
- Amazon is one of many channels
- Ask for an Amazon-specific quote, since plans cover other media
- Named clients on its site are not labeled as Amazon work
5. SalesDuo: best for exporters and manufacturers that need Vendor Central help
SalesDuo suits exporters and larger manufacturers that need Seller and Vendor Central help from an Amazon-first team with a Bengaluru location. It scores 7 of 14 on its Amazon Ads Verified Partner badge and named clients, while India evidence, public pricing and contract terms are thin.
Bengaluru appears in its footer next to New York, Newark, Seattle and Dubai, and its Clutch profile lists Seattle as headquarters and showed no reviews when we read it. The about page says a former head of Amazon's vendor management program founded it. Services extend to shortage claims and chargebacks. Its case study page names The Pencil Grip, Brownie Brittle and Koblenz. Its footer lists country pages for places like the UK, Canada and Australia, with no India page, and its own comparison lists its pricing as custom.
Pros
- Vendor Central and chargeback experience
- Amazon Ads Verified Partner badge on the site
- Named client stories to read before a call
Cons
- No amazon.in focus shown
- No public fees or contract terms
- Best matched to brands with enough scale to justify custom pricing
6. Sequence Commerce: best for Indian exporters targeting Canada, the UK and the EU
Sequence Commerce is a global agency with a New Delhi team, and it suits Indian exporters selling into Canada, the UK and the EU. It scores 7 of 14 on Amazon Ads status and named clients. India is absent from the countries it says it operates in, which holds it back here.
Its contact page names New Delhi among its offices, and lists the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia as operating markets. Named clients include Joe Boxer on amazon.ca, VASANTI and ANS Performance. The site shows both "Amazon Ads Verified" and "Amazon Ads Advanced Partner", so ask which tier is current and check the directory. It offers quotes, with no published fee, and says Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences come with every retainer. Its FAQ also says you keep ownership of your Seller Central account and data.
Pros
- Says it has native expertise in amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk and EU stores
- Advertising depth, including DSP and AMC
- Written statement on account ownership
Cons
- Little for a seller focused on amazon.in
- Mixed partner tier wording
- No public fees or term
7. upGrowth: best for Indian D2C brands buying Amazon ads alongside Google and Meta
upGrowth is a Pune digital marketing agency that suits D2C brands wanting Amazon ads handled by the same team as Google and Meta. It scores 6 of 14, since Amazon is one channel among many and the Amazon result on its service page names no brand or marketplace.
Its Amazon page covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, keyword work and bid management, and cites an unnamed ecommerce brand at 12% ACoS. Its most useful public item is an India pricing guide, which estimates agency fees from Rs 25,000 a month for boutique work to Rs 3 lakh and above for full scope. That guide also estimates most D2C brands need at least Rs 75,000 a month in ad budget. These are upGrowth's estimates of the market, and we found no Amazon price of its own on the pages we read.
Pros
- Rupee market estimates you can use to test other quotes
- One team across search, social and Amazon
- Google Partner status shown on the site
Cons
- Amazon page concentrates on ads, so confirm who handles listings and account health
- No Amazon partner status shown
- No public contract terms
8. Gonukkad: best for small sellers on amazon.in, Flipkart and Meesho
Gonukkad is a Gurugram seller services company for small and mid-sized sellers who want account management across amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho and JioMart. It scores 5 of 14: a clear Indian base and wide marketplace coverage, but no Amazon status, fees, contract terms or named case studies on the pages we read.
The site lists an office in Spaze I Tech Park under the company name Fluid3 Infotech and says its model suits everyone from local boutiques to large manufacturers. It claims over 11,000 sellers served, a figure we cannot check. Services include listing and cataloging, advertising, A+ Content and brand stores, plus free fee calculators. Its Clutch profile shows one review, from a clothing business owner reporting strong sales growth on Amazon and Flipkart, a $1,000+ minimum project and rates under $25 an hour.
Pros
- Good match for sellers on several Indian marketplaces
- Free fee calculators for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho
- Help with appeals and plans of action is listed
Cons
- No published prices on the pages we read
- One Clutch review is a thin sample
- Also sells non-Amazon retail services, so ask who runs your account
9. Data4Amazon (SunTec India): best for overseas sellers outsourcing catalog and store operations
Data4Amazon is the dedicated Amazon site of SunTec India, a New Delhi services firm, and it suits sellers outsourcing store and catalog operations for overseas Amazon marketplaces. It scores 5 of 14. SunTec shows Amazon Ads Verified status, but India is missing from the market list, and fees and client names are unpublished.
SunTec's site lists Data4Amazon as a dedicated site for Amazon stores and says SunTec is headquartered in New Delhi. The Data4Amazon contact page gives only US and UK addresses, and its own top 10 lists California as headquarters, so ask where your team sits. Coverage is stated as the US, UK, EU, Japan, Canada and Australia. It offers full-time, part-time and fixed-cost hiring, and shifts that follow your time zone. Case studies describe a medical supplies brand and an outdoor gear brand without naming them.
Pros
- Flexible staffing models for high-volume catalog work
- Amazon Ads Verified Partner on SunTec's page, plus SPN
- ISO 27001 stated, useful if data handling matters to you
Cons
- No amazon.in focus shown
- Brand names withheld in case studies
- No public fees or contract terms
10. ROI Hunt: best for D2C brands that want Shopify, ads and Amazon from one vendor
ROI Hunt is a Noida ecommerce marketing agency that suits D2C brands wanting Shopify, paid social and Amazon handled by one vendor. It scores 4 of 14. Its Amazon service list is broad, but the Amazon proof we could read is unnamed, and fees, contract terms and Amazon status are not stated.
The contact page gives a Sector 63 address in Noida and a California office. The about page names Google Partner, Meta Partner and Shopify Certified in its text and carries an unlabeled Amazon logo, so ask what that logo means. Its Delhi page lists PPC, DSP, listings, stores, A+ Content and account management. The site reports 6.12X average ROAS and about ₹18.4 crore in ad spend over 12 months, both its own figures. Its pages also give different team sizes, 38 and 50+, worth clearing up on a call.
Pros
- Runs store and marketplace work together
- Lists a named Amazon marketplace manager on its team page
- Noida base for Delhi NCR brands
Cons
- Case study page we read features Meta Ads
- No public fees or terms
- Homepage language on guaranteed growth needs a written definition
How should domestic sellers and exporters choose an Amazon agency in India?
Decide first which marketplace pays your bills. An amazon.in seller needs Indian retail calendars, rupee budgets and often Flipkart or quick commerce. An exporter needs experience in the destination store, its tax rules and its hours. Few agencies are equally strong at both, so shortlist two or three for your case.
If you sell mainly in India, look at SW Cybernetics, Growisto, Gonukkad and upGrowth first. Amazon's own seller site names Great Indian Festival and Prime Day as its main sale events, so ask to see last year's stock and ad plan for both, and ask whether the fee invoice carries GST. If you export, look at SellerVine, SalesDuo, Sequence Commerce and Data4Amazon. Amazon runs a Service Provider Network for exporters, which is a separate programme from the Amazon Ads partner badge, so ask which one an agency holds. Our guide to international expansion support covers when help earns its cost.
Run the numbers before you take a call
Here is an illustration with made-up figures. A brand sells ₹25 lakh a month on amazon.in and spends ₹3 lakh on ads, so TACoS is 12%. A ₹75,000 flat fee adds 3% of sales and takes total marketing cost to 15%. At a 30% margin before ads, that fee needs ₹2.5 lakh of extra monthly sales to pay for itself, a 10% lift. The same fee for a ₹5 lakh seller needs a 50% lift, which is why small sellers should start with a lower plan or a narrow scope.
Percentage fees behave differently. SW Cybernetics' pricing page lists 10% to 20% of ad spend as one fee model. At 15%, ₹3 lakh of spend costs ₹45,000, and at ₹6 lakh it costs ₹90,000, whether or not the extra spend was profitable. Compare any quote against estimates like upGrowth's and our agency cost guide.
Trusting a top 10 written by the winner is the first. Accepting an SPN badge when you asked about ads is the second, since they are different programmes. The third is signing on a monthly price without reading the cancellation clause. Our contract guide lists the clauses to check.
Use our agency selection framework to compare your shortlist, and take the questions to ask on the first call with you. Ask each agency for one amazon.in or destination-market client you can speak to.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best Amazon agency in India?
On our scoring of public evidence, SW Cybernetics and SellerVine tie on points, with SW Cybernetics ahead on India evidence and Growisto third. The score measures what you can check before a call, which is different from campaign results. A small amazon.in seller and an exporter would sensibly choose different agencies from this list.
How much does an Amazon agency cost in India?
Published figures are thin and they are estimates. upGrowth estimates Rs 25,000 a month for boutique work to Rs 3 lakh and above for full scope, while SW Cybernetics' pricing page gives ₹15,000 to ₹5 lakh and above. The two ranges disagree, so collect at least two written quotes that spell out scope and ad spend limits.
Are the top 10 Amazon agency lists for India reliable?
Treat them as marketing. Several lists we read rank the publishing agency first, including those from Gonukkad, Data4Amazon, ROI Minds and SW Cybernetics. This article is published by SellerVine too, which is why it shows the scoring. Use any list as a starting point, then verify claims on the agency's site and in Amazon's directories.
What is the difference between an Amazon SPN partner and an Amazon Ads partner?
The Service Provider Network is Amazon's directory of third-party help for sellers, covering things like cataloging, logistics and account management. The Amazon Ads Partner Network covers advertising providers and has its own tiers. An agency can hold one without the other, so ask which it has and look it up in the matching Amazon directory.
Should an Indian exporter hire an Indian agency or one in the target country?
Either can work if the team has live accounts in your destination store. Ask how many accounts it runs there, who writes the local listings, and how it reports profit after local tax and fees. An India-based team can cost less, while a local team may know the market better. Ask for a reference you can call.
Do Indian Amazon agencies require long contracts?
Terms vary and few are public. In our list, SellerVine works month to month, InstaServ states no long-term contracts, Growisto recommends 6 months and SW Cybernetics asks for 30 days' written notice with fees for shorter notice. The rest did not publish terms on the pages we read, so request the notice clause before you sign.
Can one agency manage amazon.in, Flipkart and quick commerce together?
Some say they can. SW Cybernetics and Growisto both describe quick commerce work alongside Amazon, and Gonukkad covers Flipkart, Meesho and JioMart. Ask whether one person owns your overall plan or each channel has a separate team, and how stock is split between channels before a sale event like Great Indian Festival.
Want an amazon.in review with the fee on the table?
SellerVine's plans are public and month to month. Book a short call and we will review your amazon.in ads and margins.
