Terms of Service

Welcome to SellerVine. By accessing our website (sellervine.com) or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SellerVine provides professional Amazon account management, PPC advertising management, listing optimization, A+ content design, and e-commerce consulting services. The specific scope of work is defined in each client's individual Service Agreement.

2. Month-to-Month Contracts

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts. You may terminate your services at any time by providing a written 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Client Responsibilities

To successfully execute our services, the client must:

• Provide necessary permissions and access to their Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels for promoted SKUs.
• Provide accurate business details, product specifications, and brand assets.
• Acknowledge that Amazon marketplace policies and algorithms are outside SellerVine's direct control.

4. Billing and Payments

All service fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Payment is due on the invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services, including active PPC campaign monitoring.

5. Intellectual Property

All listing copy, graphic designs, A+ content, and advertising data created specifically for your brand during our engagement belong to you upon full payment of all outstanding invoices. SellerVine retains the right to display aggregated, anonymized metrics as case studies.

6. Limitation of Liability

SellerVine will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, Amazon account suspensions, or inventory loss) resulting from our management or recommendations.
